Lately I found a nice recipe for mushrooms: fill the cap with feta and tomato pieces, bread crumbs, parsley, minced garlic, mint! Everything mixed with oil. You should try it! It's a very fresh and delicious garnish for different meals

Just my opinion/suggestion, I think you could have grilled it with a little oil first then seasoned it with herbs and then add the mozzarella and bake.
