What if the Lich is a woman... and Marceline is her daughter? Think about it. If Jake turned into the Lich in the alternate world, then who turned into the lich in the normal world? It would have to be someone durring the time of the Mushroom War.

Unless Marcelin's mother was a powerful wizard I highly doubt it. We know she's half demon and then also a vampire in the normal universe so she'd be demon/vampire in that line.
The Lich doesn't really have any powers on his own, which is shown when he transfers bodies. In PB's body he couldn't do anything but make a fake potion that matched his Well of Power (or similar to it) which just made him grow in size. In the snail's body he obviously didn't do anything and when he possessed Billy he couldn't do magic either. Same goes for when he took over Farmworld Jake, all he did was grow size and swing his fist at Farmworld Finn.
So I doubt it to be honest.
