Description: Rumiko was abandoned as a little girl by her parents. only a few years ago did this couple- a Raichu couple, find her at the orphanage, the couple who alreday had three kids- A Raichu, A Pikachu, and A baby pichu, needed help around the house, so they adopted her, her real paremts for reasons unknown were never revealed to her, but she was told at one point her Mother was a Vaporeon which could explian the blue and white on her fur
