hehe, yeah it's flour and salt and water, and maybe something else but it's very cheap and easy to do

thanks, glad u like 'em! yes they are baked in an oven, but how long for and at what temp i think kind of depends on the shape and size.. we're still experimenting with it really. they should be light golden brown when they're done, if they start to burn the oven is too hot and they won't go hard in the middle. keep tryin i think it just takes a little practice to get it right.
