this is another entremet...cereal bottom-with strawberry chocolate, jam, cake, chopped raspberries, raspberry mousse...it was then sprayed with a sugar flower added on top.Related content

Aside from your faux wedding cake, this is the prettiest one in your gallery. It would be difficult to watch someone take a knife to it. I think I might rather munch on a brownie while staring at it.

My mom used to make a chocolate mouse - the pudding-ish kind - from a French cookbook she has. It took half the day to make and 10 minutes to eat. Maybe 5 lol. We were terrible connoisseurs.
Where I live, home-made desserts are pretty simple and 'hardy' and the bought, fancy ones are bleh.
