Hey, doll! You commented on my piece a good while ago, but I never get on DA anymore, and so I haven't had a chance to reply until just now.

There's a little story behind this, really... I had this art teacher in high school that taught an advance placement class that was advertised as self-paced, with no boundaries. When I took the class, she ended up giving us ridiculous guidelines, due dates and a bunch of ridiculous nonsense. I hated the woman so much before, but hated her even more since she was treating an AP class like a regular art class. Longer story short, she made us do concept sketches for all of our pieces [[although it the class was otherwise advertised.]], and so I did all of my concept sketches, but modified them at the last minute. This started out to be a pair of lips whispering "Sweet nothings" into an ear, but after I started, a friend jokingly said, "This would look better if you somehow incorporated a fish."... I took his advice, and got a D on the project. Haha. Just a little bit of high school defiance that I love to look back on.
