Illik is a sweet Korok, with a knack for bad puns. She isn't very shy, which is an uncommon feature found in some Koroks. Rather, she is outgoing and quite friendly. It's easy for her to develop bonds and grow attached to certain people. When someone impresses her enough (especially if it's a crush), expect Illik to stick around. Unfortunately, when she really likes someone, she can get jealous. She's often clingy, due to the traumatic event that she experienced, as told in her biography. She is also childish (the bad puns didn't give it away?). Regardless of every negative trait she possesses, Illik is a Korok with a heart of gold.

Bio:

Illik was born in Kokiri Forest. At a young age, around five in human years, she participated in the festivals, though she was a bit saddened to leave the Great Deku Tree every year that she decided to participate. However, she felt that it was her duty to do so- to spread the Korok seeds across the land to help fulfill the Tree's wish. That's what her parents always told her, anyway... and if it'd make the Tree happy, she'd gladly do just that! Though as attached to the Great Deku Tree as she was, Illik had an insatiable desire to explore and adventure on her own, even at such a young age. One day, after she had turned seven in human years, the Great Deku Tree was killed. Illik returned from one of her little adventures, and she was horrified to witness the death of the tree that she had grown up with. She wasn't even there to comfort the tree as it died. This realization dealt a terrible blow to the Korok. She realized that she couldn't take her loved ones for granted any longer... thus, she felt the need to keep a watchful eye on her family and dear friends. This is when and where her clingy trait came into being. She was able to stay until she was twenty in human years. Unable to bear the loss of her greatest friend and grandfather figure any longer, the heartbroken Korok left her home, eventually stumbling upon Hyrule. This was a new and strange land to her, and she was excited to explore it.
