Great composition alright, & the sheep looks somewhat majestic (I know what you mean about them often looking stupid, lol). Amazing landscape in the background, & I like how you filled the whole frame with land rather than the typical half ground / half sky approach, gives it a real sense of scale.
You should check out some of Seรกn Tomkins' stuff if you like landscape photography, he's from Galway too actually. He sells prints in Kenny's - they've a load of his stuff up on the net here , he's really good. A bit postcard-y at times, but the genre lends itself to that.
