I do not know, just applied watercolour filter here, since i love the way it looks. also that place is quite old say 130 years old, and i wanted to express it is age, without losing colour, so in a way i think "watercolour" works. What do you think?

Well... If this building is old itself, there is no need to express it with watercolours. Photo itself is really nicely composed, and I would like to see it without that filter. I saw the other photo of this place, and there were no waterclours, and it looked better for me.
