go watch a Deadpool game playthrough;Like hot damn, learn to read context.

It's not a stab about homosexuality; switch the bride and groom and the joke remains to same.
Deadpool's humour overall is lewd

It wouldn't be weird to see deadpool say "i thought we had something special!.. but now you're dead, see ya sweet heart!"
To any single one of his enemies.

It's also a reference to how the groom is committing himself to not just his games fandoms, but also to his new wife and they're jealous. It's mirroring the "precioussss" on the other side.

Again, 

it's just copying Deadpool's style of humor and  it is not even negative! it's not implying homosexuality as being wrong, bad, gross,or anything like that. 
it's 100% sarcasm, being sarcastic about them having something 

like I could say the same thing to any one of my friends " you're going with [X]? and not me? Man, I thought we had something special D; ; nah, just kidding have fun."

deadpool makes silly jokes like that ( even in the movie!) 

literally if it was pre-experiment deadpool, the joke is the same! where the heck did you get the idea that the joke revolves around deadpool's chemical-ridden face?

Explaining a scenario is an example. Because I have actually said that to my friends before! There you go, again, an ACTUAL example. 

It's not a fallacy, it's because it's deadpool that it null and voids your issue with it. and further more, again, the joke being made- even if deadpool was not the focal point- is equally not offensive nor tries to specifically make a mockery of same-gender sexuality 

at all, that's not the point of the joke. Put princess peach there
put wonder woman there, put the terminator, put the flash there, put batman there- there it's all the same joke but it's funnier and more apt for deadpool because it's something he would actually say, and it's out of character for the rest.

It's not a "mistaken belief" 
I've responded to all of your points, it's you who will not consider my point because you haven't disproven it. 

I gave you an actual scenario that happened.
in real life.
between my friends and I. you're asking for an example that's not outside of the context but not inside??

I've given you both examples of how the picture could be changed and retain it's meaning
i explained how other characters could also work 
I explained that using the same joke with other characters still works, but it's unlikely to happen because then it's not accurate 
I explained how it could happen in real life
I explained how it DID happen in real life 

if that doesn't convince you, than I give up trying to understand your problem with this nice piece of art, that's innocent,colorful, and it's main point IS TO CELEBRATE A GEEKY WEDDING  

p.s. it's not like i don't understand the discrimination in media to homosexuality and it's not bad they you're tryingto defend it ; but my friends and myself are part of the LGBT+ community ; and that one sentence is not an attack on anyone or anything and just because this artist doesn't draw anything like  does not give evidence that it is 

good day
