A buddy of mine was playing Fallout 3 and it just sparked all the great memories I had with the game, I was inspired to try and recreate my old Fallout 3 picture from November, 2009:
It's been such a long time since I've done a really big piece of fan art like this, my gallery has been left dry for too long! So I've sorted things out in my life, I'm really trying to go back to my roots and do what I love, draw for passion. Last year was the hardest year of my life, with the loss of my parents and other personal stuff. But this year I just feel great, everything is starting to smooth out and I'm gaining a lot of motivation!
As you can see I really wanted to make this one more threatening, plus I love drawing monsters so the Behemoth was fun haha. And I always like to add little links to the game, you can see the stash in the corner there, and a Deathclaw and Sentry Bot in the background. I hope you enjoy it.
This is the start of a bunch of new work I'm planning on doing. I just have a few things I need to sort out and I'm back at it again!

This one picture sums up Patrick Brown: Art Hero. Not only does this drawing have god like detail, it also captures the mood of being attacked by a Super Mutant Overlord.

I see this Vaultdweller's facing a SuperMutant Overlord, huh? only one thing can save you here: NukaGrenade, 2 to be exact... unless he happens to have a FatBoy and at least one MiniNuke... but at such close distance it'd be WAY too risky!
that said, gorgeous rendering of just another day in the Wastes. keep up the great work!

It is exceptionally wonderful that you are still (and now, even more) Exceptionally well in Vim and vigour. (at least i hope so)
I wish to express what i sincerely appreciate about this piece would be the blend of differing hues in such a harshly limited landscape,
Whereas to some we would be locked down by having our subjects color-scheme blended right into the background, causing that much alike of 'lines noodle-soup';
But i don't see that problem here, I especially appreciate how you can see the wreckage of the Bot on the right despite it's color schemes matching the wreckage of the ruined city out back;
And the sickly-yellow mutant marching on to our fearless hero, stands out and at the very same time, blends in with the stark dark scenario we have before us, Not to say that he's bland
or to say that he's not a seperate entity, but rather, he is apart of the world, making it as whole and dangerous even more.
It's like staring at a storybook, and the words are details, whooo

I like how the super mutant behemoth is big, but not to big to make it seem un realistic. I like like to see the same thing but with the vault dweller shooting at it.
