I've been playing Fallout 3 again, it's the Game Of The Year edition with the extra content
This was so enjoyable to draw, The Behemoth and Deathclaw are something different than I'm used to
You'll also notice a few little suprises
Enjoy, and please let me know what you think..

I just want to start out by saying that I love this picture! The background with all its little details from the buildings to the nuka-colas is amazingly creative and very well executed. The little details you put in the dead raider on the ground, the flames and make of the shishkabob, and even the items around the first aid kit. A lot of people would not thing to put so much detail into a back ground but it is very noticeable and appreciated, at least by me, that you did.
The few criticisms that I do have are fairly minor details.
1. Where is the motorcycle gas tank and glove for the shishkabob?
2. I feel like the death claw and super mutant behemoth's face is a little too cartoon-y and friendly looking.
Aside from that I love what you did with this.

When i typed Fallout 3 into the search bar on dA i was looking for epic pics in this fashion of a kind of last stand against EVERYTHING, and boy does this deliver. I particularly love how he is dual wielding, if there was such a thing in fallout, i imagine this is what it would look like. I also like how the persons face looks, it has a level of badassery not yet seen before. And the level of detail you go to is impressive; every wrinke in his clothes, bloodstains on the jumpsuit, and every notch on the rifle is made. But while this pic is indeed epic, it has a few minor flaws, Mostly with the Behemoth, his skin tone seems a bit off, and even for a behemoth he looks a bit disproportional. I have a little quibble with the dead body soaring into the air, it seems a bit extravagant, but i understand there was no other real place to put it though, so its not too bad. All in all, you did great
P.S. Bonus Points for the little Nuka-Cola Quantams scattered about

I think I am the only one who can call the things happening in the background funny, look carefully at that doll with blonde hair, I can't really tell if he is about to be smashed by that giant monster or he is just lookin around, you know, chillin. I also like how that person in the sky's hands are drawn xD I am warning you pat, I like weird things. One thing that confuses me is HOW DID THAT PERSON GET THERE??? It dosent dem like that monster threw him there, he seems to be busy having fun with that doll e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

If you've played Fallout 3, that 'doll with the blonde hair' that's 'chillin' is known as a Bobblehead, which boosts skills.

Like usual youΒ΄ve hitted the right spot. The angle is chosen perfect. The perspective sucks you into the happening. And all the small things like the shine of the clouds that gives the whole image the depth through blind spots justmake this piece outstanding. You have thought of so many details in here that it is fun to look at it, and this can take many minutes.
I feel bad saying that the behemoths arm looks a bit wrong (also the fist looks too soft. he should make a very strong fist, this would make it look more powerful and aggressive), but this is something that you only notice when you search for something to say. Also the fire isnt really fire-ish, its more like electricity. The flames could look rounder, more organic. But that also doesnt matter, really. This here just has to look like a critique, but in the end its a big compliment e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

Hey thanx mate, I appreciate that!
Very honest I agree about the Behemoth's arm, you're the only one who's pointed that out and I had no idea, now I know what to fix next time..
Thanx again!

This is an awesome piece of work! I love all of the little details you included: the VaultTec Bobblehead, the RadAway, Stimpak, Nuka-Cola Quantum, and the first aid kit... Also, the random raider flying up in the air in the background made me laugh! I particularly love the Super Mutant Behemoth and the way you drew your Vaultie.
A couple of little nitpicks that someone else probably pointed out before, but that I agree with: the flames on the Lone Wanderer's Shishkebab should be casting light on his jumpsuit and on the other nearby objects (the bobblehead and the first aid kit), and he should be wearing an oven mitt on the hand holding it, which is how it's wielded in the game. (You'd have to imagine that the thing is pretty hot to the touch, yeah?)
On the whole though, this is a great piece of work! Keep it up!

Hey thanx mate! I totally agree about the lighting I could have used from the flames!
I really appreciate the critique

In the Wasteland, the definition of 'good guy' is highly subjective in most cases. In such an environment, how do you really tell the difference between hero and villain? That's a question that I hope is addressed somewhat in Fallout 4 with its pre-war originating protagonist who may have a more rigid and conventional understanding of law, order and morality.

I think having a deathclaw for a companion would be an epic addition to the new fallout game 8'D and a Behemoth.
