After a few weeks of putting this together it feels good to have finally been able to show everyone a thing or two about my style. I hope you enjoy this!Let me know what you think

This tutorial video was awesome, and really useful. I specially like the intro. I learned a lot of useful ps tricks and movements, and drawing methods. There should be more videos like this! THANK YOU SO MUCH!And have a nice day!

Fantastic tutorial - it was a real eye opener. I do line art / base colour in a similar way - but your shading information has been a real great tip that i'll hopefully put to good use in the future. Thanks for putting this tutorial together.

the 'how to do the drawing' bit is good as was the inking bit - which works for you at least. But I had some issues about how you colour stuff. The way you're doing it is far more work than is necessary and your flats method isn't up to scratch. There were white spots visible all over the place (eg right ear where it meets to jawline in the video). I could achieve an identical effect that you have here with far less effort and time and you certainly do NOT need a separate layer for each separate colour!!

guess time is really what bothers most artists nowadays and i think he did rush it a bit for the purpose of the tutorial (yeah the right ear)
i have seen your work and i love it really...(no grudge you not knowing of True Blood ahhaha) but sometimes soft shading is not my thing and i like how Patrick did it with the soft to hard ones even though it may take time. about the every color a layer that can be useful if you want to add texture just to one color and put it to overlay after.
i know i love to color as a painting feel but i can definitely give this a try sometime
