The Joker!!! He would have to be one of the most liked villians in any story ever known.. This is actually a commission I did for my mate Brent...And I was really excited to make this one coz I had just watched the movie it's based on 'The Dark Knight'.. I had so much fun making this, I love doing dark/grungy/gothic/hardcore artworks
This is also a tribute to the guy who owned the movie but also past away after filming, Heath Ledger who played as The Joker is a fellow Australian just like myself. And it really sux he isn't around to make more AWESOME blockbusters
- This artwork was 100% made in Photoshop CS2
- It took about 10 hours to create
- Had a lot of fun doing it
- May The Joker rest in peice

you know what i havnt seen? a joker drawing/painting that has him in his nurse outfit, walking away from the hospital as its blowing up. that would be such a cool scene to do. i love this too, totally captures him. great work.

You should make a tutorial or show a progression cuz I just ain't getting it done this fast. 10 hours may have been my fastest project time, [link] including the sketch, and I never did any cool atmosphere efx (explosions or really good highlights.)
