Description
Jake is the older brother of Patrick's (Tempest Ranger) best friend Carl. He decides to have a go at the new Virtual Reality game and ends up finding one of Patrick's designs and uses it to become the White Blizzard Ranger. After rescuing Rick, the team receives morphers, allowing him to become White Blizzard Ranger even outside of the game. This also gives him the power to control ice and snow where Elaine can only control water.

Jake gets the White Fox Zord from Ms. Fairweather, which is the smallest of the zords, but most agile. Like all the others, it has an independent fighting mode, or can become a part of the megazord; it becomes the waist and thighs.
