First of all thank you StefanKa very much for giving permition to make this for vista. I know there is a version from psycoB but that one is not Aero compatible.with about 670 favourites one of the most popular Visual Styles for XP......Now you can get this experience on Windows Vista. And AERO will make this experience even better for you

Very nice, sweet and clean.
Maybe just check when changing the border padding, the corners goes "ugly" (I've tried a 14)
I like your scroll bars... Very neat!
I'm actually trying to create a visual style of my own. Don't worry, I do not steal or use previously changed images from any other style... Just inspiring from them... It's a lot of work (now I can say it!) and every moder can get congrats, except when stealing from others without permission. (This was just a little message)

While a very nice theme, I'm a little distressed by the selection of vista styles ALL looking like recolors of Aero.
Man i miss the plethora and variety of styles available for XP

i think this one here you canΒ΄t call a style with "tiny changes". Most images are completely different than Windows Aero

so you dont want any transparency in any themes? the only simularitys i see are start orbs, which on xp were start buttons...

I just tend to find the default Vista theme hideous, and all i see are recolours and moderately changed start buttons. The styles in XP were so much more varied, that's all.

While I agree that in the early stages of custom Vista themes, they were very much similiar to the default theme with slight changes. But, nowadays, you can find some that look very different from Aero default.

Browse dA's vista visual style section, sort it by popular, set time range to All Time, and you can see some of the best vista vs in the net.

This themes isnt bad. But I have problem in aero version: [link]
And its nearly impossible for me to resize windows. Problem with the borders. Basic version works fine.

its harder to skin vista msstyles, you need to do hex editing just to change text colors

i think he means how all vista themes are all aero clones with tiny changes and nothing special about them. Dont matter what you call it, its still the start button!
