Well 25481 have it, but I don't know if valve will change it to make it crafted nor dropped any time soon, I'd suggest you ask on of the 25481 people that have it

well from what i've seen it's only a genuine and not tradable , but they might turn em as drop and stuff later probably like they did with the new sleeping dog items recently

I have it also, it's just ripped from CS:GO and re textured to fit into TF2 and the same stats of the normal sniper rifle, yay

Shame VALVe ripped the model from CS:GO, I know it's their own game, but still. it would be nice if they redid it or something
