Map made for Fanfiction made for an RPG session called
(I call it for now: "Era of 4 realms".)

Short Introduction:
The fanfiction takes place after the duel between Cegoragh and Slaanesh and the death of both of them in that duel.
The resulting psychic wave causes a massive expansion of the Citatrix Maledictum.
The Eldar almost go Extinct and the only craftworld that survives is Iyanden which, in the course of time, has been converted into a shipyard over the planet of Nocturne.

Cegoragh's death also causes the Tzeench demons invasion into the Black Library belonging to the Harlequins, causing the burning of much of its records.
The rest of the Library was saved only thanks to the Grey Knights assist.
Who today rules over the Black Library. Evicting Harleqiuns from their domain.
The new headquarters of the rest surviving Harlequins became one of the many spires in the outer part of the imperial palace on Terra.

The Imperium of man, at the time already shown on the map is relatively stabilized and still united.
Among the Humans, it occurs of the returning of several primarchs, Leman Russ, Vulkan and, as a result of the subsequent invasion of the Imperial and Necron forces on the weakened Comoragh, Jaghatai Khan.

The Imperium, despite being divided into 4 parts, continues to maintain contact between themselfs through the first built gates of the human webway connecting the capitals of all separates realms.

As for Tau, the situation is similarlike for an Eldar, their race has been incorporated into the Imperium as a sanctioned alien race. And they are a decided minority of the population of Ultramar Realm
Forming even astra militarum regiments created only from them.
In addition, the last surviving Tau Ethereal is one of the many advisors at Guilliman's court.

Necrons, they are now uneasy allies of humanity.
Or at least now they have an unwritten non-aggression pact with each other
Most dynasties do so out of compulsion and the seriousness of the situation, with the exception of the Nihilakh Dynasty (the one from the Thrazyn Infinite)
Which on a larger scale cooperates with the Mankind.
Necrons even began to put new pylons at their lands as well as even with or without permission in parts of Imperial space.
Tyranids, for now they are the main concern of new Chaos Warmaster Gordian Vorenthul
As it is his territories that are now in the path of the great devourer
The Imperium only encounters small splatter fleets of the leviathan swarm (that swarm fleet what attacks the galaxy from below)
Most of the tyranids fleets and orc empires are in space overrun by chaos

The plot of the RPG consisted of players forming an Inquisitorial team traveling the galaxy and conducting an investigation/chase to find/capture Primarch Magnus the Red who escaped after the Battle for the
Black Library, and Fulgrim, being deprived of his god.

Players had the opportunity to explore Nocturne and the shipyards above it, the Capital of Ultramar Realm, the Ice Wastelands of Fenris, and some other imperial worlds
Get knowledge from the surviving part of the black library,
See the remnants of Comoragh turned by Imperium & Necron Nihilakh Dynasty into a great excavation zone.
Or at the very end(as they completed the task) have the opportunity to stand before the Eternity Gate and receive the honor of title "Auditori Imperator"
