Patmos was born in the lower levels of the overpopulated hive city, Serium primus oppida on the planet with the same name.
He had two brothers, Arin and Sertor.
Patmos was never meant to know his father,
All he knew of him was that he was killed in a blooddy riots.
His mother lead a small, humble family pharmacology.
As a result, his home many time was attacked by those who wanted to loot the medicines stored in their house.
During all these attacks, almost from his childhood, Patmos mastered the use of the standard imperial Lasgun M36 Kantrael
When Patmos was 14 years old, he and his mother began to help the law enforcement as volunteers in providing medical assistance to riot victims.

One unlucky day Patmos woke up hearing his mother crying in the other room.
It seemed that both of Patmos brothers had run away from home, taking expensive medicine with then and joining one of the local "shady" cults that regularly fought the Arbitrators.

Patmos spent the remainder of his childhood helping his mother in business and serving as a volunteer.
Until a "blood supper" cult attacked their home.
Despite the help of the Adeptus Arbites patrol and the assistance of friendly neighbors, the pharmacologium was ransacked and Patmos mother was mortally wounded.
Patmos was the only survivor, his own mother died on his arms.
In tears, Patmos fled from his district, and with nothing left ...
He decided to join to the the Astra Militarum.
Where he was quickly trained as a Medicae and made the only friend in his life, Ottavio...
