I don't know about you but I always loved angel's wings. And what better way to pair them as with an angelic face of a lovely blonde woman?!Tools:

The combination of lighting, shape and pose make this what it is. Taking the time to add the detail to the wings and turning her hair into a golden swirl creates a feeling of depth and the setting only adds to this. The name is very fitting.
But, I am distracted by a few things.
The lighting comes across as "another one", meaning that this is the artist's comfort zone. Looking at the shadows and the lighting, there has to be several light sources, especially one shining from behind, to create this result. Personally, I'd say that the left side could be illuminated as is and the right kept in shadows, playing with the values created in the shadows. This would create a more realistic, ad challenging, result, while still allowing for the stylization that the artist is going for.
Secondly, nothing in the piece directs my eyes. There are almost only sharp lines and almost no softness in the edges making my eyes wander all over the piece. If I were to guess, the artist is aiming for me to see her eyes, her wings and then the rest, in that order. But now, I'm caught by the bed, her underpants and hair long before I end up at her eyes and her wings. Going for softer edges might very well help my eyes.
As for her anatomy, I have some trouble with her breasts and the arm that's covering them. Her wrist looks like it's not there. And if it is, her breast would have been reshaped more.
To sum it up, this is a very nice piece where the wings look really good but the observer is not helped to find them and that takes this piece down. The details in the background are eye-catching but take up a little more space than they should. If the artist were to make something with this angel resting closer to the wall and a little more contrast separating the wings from the wall, I'd applaud this kind of detail.
