Description
Finally. After over 2 years of absence from deviantArt I am happy to show off my latest work. As some of you might know I don't have as much time as I used to have after I got married and my daughter was born. In the two years I haven't had a lot of time to paint cause my full-time job at an advertising agency and having a family is pretty time-consuming as you might imagine ...I really loved Inglourious Basterds and am looking forward to the new Tarantino-directed movie featuring the performance of fellow Austrian Christoph Waltz. To get me even more excited I wanted to paint a movie-poster for it. Hope you like it!

In the thumbnail i thought it was a photo... i was shocked when i clicked on it that it was a painting! great job there is so much detail, i love the why each character is placed you can tell you took your time with each one. How long did it take you to finish this?

Thank you very much! I normally spend around 8-12 hours on one painting but with the amount of characters I think it's safe to say it was like 18 hours. I haven't painted in like 2 years so I am sure it could have been done in less time if I had practiced more.
