One day, Reginald was waiting at Elsbridge station. Ruby Rose came charging towards him. She was too wrapped up in payback to notice that Reginald was on passenger duties. She gave Reginald a hard bump, and the passengers tumbled over. Reginald was furious with this.

Ruby Rose: This is what you get for insulting me!
Reginald: YOU IDIOT, CAN'T YOU SEE WHAT YOUR STUNT HAS DONE. YOU COULD HAVE INJURED SOMEONE, INCLUDING THE PASSENGERS!

Thomas puffed by and saw everything, he was cross with Ruby

Thomas (To himself): Reginald may not be the nicest but the passengers didn't deserve that. I'm sure Ruby would be hearing The Fat Controller's choice of words!
