Another What If form. Mostly a one time transformation exclusively to Ice.The concept of this form is towards to Ice's cold nature of harness with alongside his Saiyan energy to reach it's limit to access a power different than before.
The form increases Ice's blasts that anything the has cold around it and if anywhere near him while fighting. The opponent would lose speed and partly freeze something around it.
Has same traits as a Super Saiyan God. Can be a par against it. However it does take a lot of his cold energy so he would have to be quickly to use it wise.
