ooh! This is a nice piece of traditional art you have here!
I think you could do a little bit more on the glowing from the Ki sphere on the right side of his body and in his hair. Also, you could do some more on the background but, I know how hard backgrounds can be, trust me I struggle a bit myself! The drawing of#17 itself is really well done! I like the way you did his hair especially!
