He normally gets along with other dogs just fine but yeah they're retrievers for something right, their prey/toy is theirs! xD

Yep, my retriever mostly gets along with other dogs as well, only with toys, and especially food you need to be somewhat careful with her.

Although there are some dogs she just not likes, and will try to aggressively attack.

yeah, food is a diffacult point xD although he still doesn't mind other dogs eating of his tray (?) and yeah I guess it's a bit liek humans? some you like, some you don't ^^
