well I was inspired by someone else, so I wanted to do it too.When I started back at home, I was surprised by how many I had. THEN I went back to my studentdorms and took a picture as well and there were more mangas here.
SOOOO I came to the conclusion that I'm waaay too addicted -_-'
BUT I don't care cuz I'm gonna buy more ^^ and search some animestuff not only mangas ^^

*sigh* Manga/Anime is so expensive where I am!
It's like... $100-$200 for a set of 6, depending on popularity, and anime is like $20 per CD!
Luckily, I managed to get 5 manga books for $5 (Clearance - It was old manga, but who cares!!!) And it's Guru-guru Pon-chan, which is A-DOR-able!
But this is the best part...
My parents went overseas, and got us (read: ME) all SEVENTY episodes of Card Captor Sakura, AND the two movies! LEGIT!
all for about 60 ringet, malaysian money.
Ahhhh, my childhood dream was fulfilled right there~<3
Is fan-merchandise expensive where you are? Where I am, it's usually $15 for a small plushie, (maybe 10-25 cm tall?) 20 bucks for anything slightly bigger, and the prices can get real crazy after that.
There's so much of it, (If you know where to look) but it costs heaps too...
Why is my life-long addiction so expensive? T.T

here they are around €10 to 12 a piece(i guess that's around 15$ maybe maximum 20$)

*sigh* fan-ANYTHING is always expensive, but atleast it's easier to find here, but from where I live, there isn't really anything, you have to go to eithere the city or big shopping centres with like.. one stall.

woa, where did you get those fruits basket books? the ones at all the stores near me are all this icky light tealin the background! and i see you only have kuroshitsuji 1, deathnote 1, DN Angel 1 and vampire knight 1. didn't you like them and thats why you only have the 1st ones? and i saw that you have the black bird books. i read the 1st and didn't really like it, but what do you think of it?

euhm weirdly enough I didn't find furuba in the mangashops I usually go and found it at the "Fnac" that's a pretty huge shop of electronics, cds and books. so I was surprised they had a tiny section of mangas 
and the reason for those books are indeed that i didn't like kuroshitsuji that much and I tried reading deathnote online, but I gave up rather soon. vampire knight is a manga i bought in the UK cuz they don't sell it here. I was crazy about VK till I started reading further online, then I got bored with it. and DNangel was actually a mistake, cuz I've seen the anime and I thought the manga was the same, but it's a bit different and then I thought that I'd better not finish that one
ooh and I love black bird, it has a bit of fantasy and there still is love. but I thought the story would develop faster. when I read the first 2 volumes I thought that this would be a quick story, but every volume there comes another problem... And I'm starting to get irritated, BUT I'm still gonna keep reading it cuz I still like it a lot ^^
hahaha I live in Belgium, a country that doesn't have a lot of manga and anime and shops here know that -_-' so they like to prize them high ^^ although there are some mangas who are 7 to 8 € too, I think that's around the 10$ as well, but of course I read the newest or popular ones so those are certainly 14 to 15 $

ooooooo...that explains a lot lol kuroshitsuji is a really good anime/manga. i live in america so the anime came out before the manga, but its a good series i recommen it. at least the anime lol and yeah, VK is soooo wierd at the end. Kaname is a creep...and deathnote gets bad after L dies in my opinion. ive only seen the DN angel anime.
idk, i read black bird 1 and didn't like it. it just got a little wierd, but maybe i'll reread it.

I think I'll give kuroshitsuji another try, but I think the reason why I don't like it cuz almost everyone around me finds sebastian and ciel a good couple while I aboslutely hate it, btu i've seen some reaaally good pictures now so my curiousity is taking over again xD!
wait, what? Is VK finished? Okey big question! did kaname or zero get the girl? haha that's all i cared about in the beginning (and i wanted zero to get her) but then all other stuff started to happen and i just didn't pay any attention to it anymore...

i think VK is finished. the 11th book just came out in america but i haven't read it yet so i'm not sure. well, i can answer your question, but i'll have to give lots of spoilers...

yup, I'm flemish (=dutch in belgium) and the flemish schools give english, french and german (and sometimes spanish, but that's for next year for me)
I have no problem speaking those languages but french is a hard language (that i don't like xD)and after my obligational spanish at school, I'll search for a way to learn japanese. xD

well, basically, yuki turns out to be kanames lost sister, who got her memories erased their parents before they died (so she's a pureblood too) and her and kaname still love each other and plan to get married even thought they are a brother and sister, like their parents. zero 'eats' his brother (sucks his blood) so he can get the full vampire hunter powers he was supposed to have if he hadn't been a twin. rido i think his name is comes and tries to kill everybody, including yuki and kaname who are his nephew and niece. so yeah lol totally messed up right?
i HATE mello! with a passion! he's so annoying and small and...not L like he thinks he is lol. i was like 'OMFG WTF?!?!?!?!?!" when L died.
well, when you've grown up speaking english like i did then french is pretty easy cuz the words either look like english ones, sound like them or are easily guessable. i'm in french 3 at school so i don't speak it fluently, but i speak Suomi pretty good and a little russian and romanian. i wanna learn japanese too cuz i know a little, like a few random words, but idt i will ever get to. why do you think french is hard? isn't it like required to know in belgium or something?

it's not that I'm not able to speak french, i have to do it almsot every day + my dutch dialect consists of french words like chauffage and forchette and so on. it's just i don't like it (don't ask me why xD) i think it's cuz i haveto learn ever since my 10 years and in those 8 years i've only seen the WORST possible teachers. this year's no different!
oow russian, that language sounds very interesting too
and yup same here. I understand/ can say little phrases in japanese and I can curse someone to death, and wish them good day good night and so on... but that's it and I WANT MORE xD

i know right! with zero and his newfound vamp hunter powers turns into a wierd as guy with a branch thingy for an arm too! him and yuki only kiss ONCE! and then he promises to kill her the next time they meet! =O and kaname and yuki only marry cuz 1. kaname's a perv and yuki can't get rid of the love she felt for him when she didn't have her memories/powers of a vampire and 2. purebloods are really rare, like too rare even, so they have to like their parents did so they can 'continue the bloodline and make more purebloods'

oooooo...yeah learning a language isn't the best when you have crappy teachers. my cousin who taught me finnish liked to yell at me when i did't know something and i was like 'eh, idk idk idk!!!!!' lol XD
yep, russian is awesome. i seem to attract only foreign people as my friends, and a lot of them are russian so now i now how to say how are you and hello and the basics in russian. and i can write/sound out the alphabet too, since they use the cryllic alphabet. my friend is italian and knows italian lol see what i mean?
