Im soooooo sorry she came out so crappy -_-
here are the reasons why:
1. shadowing, too light, not dark enough, too basic
2. the phrase i used was made by me, and i wish i could have quoted red herself...
3. the pose looks weird...
4. the chains x.x i actually forgot them and added them at the end...
I think im gonna draw a prettier/happier tartara later -_-

meh. I was more focused on the pose than anything else. Besides, I did this in like an hour, which for me, its pretty quick... so i was more emphasized in the pose than anything else T.T
