What distro linux is this? How did you get nautilus (both pane and right window) to transparent like that? Of what I know so far, latest Ubuntu does not have that feature, yet. Please let me know, thx.

~kcs11 , Distro: Ubuntu 12.04. The transparency is from Compiz. The glassy effects depends on the theme, above used one is darkmint. The oxygen-gtk also goes well. Emerald theme decor the windows.

You can have that in recent version of Ubuntu too. Just have nautilus more transparent...
