I have mistaken the docked capsule being a CST-100 with a beefy engine, but now I understand it is an Apollo with a truncated service module. Very nice retro design, showing what could have been done with 1970s technologie.

Would it be possible to add some comments on the technical background, and maybe provide a link in the other pictures of a series to this background info? You obviously do a thorough research on your designs, it would be interesting to know a little more about it.
