paint thin- use a medium to extend the paint- check out how Boris does it

When I first saw Vampirella [ I was a teen in the 70's ] she looked like this!
This was such a flash of nostalgia.... not to mention it's so brilliant!

Thanks Tony---really appreciate your comments--the way she was portrayed in the 70's was, in my opinion, the best she ever looked. Jose Gonzalez and Enrich and others created a beautiful, believable image of the character, especially their covers

all my pleasure.... couldn't agree more.... there was a "luxury" in the painting different than at any other time.
Maybe not the money.... but the opportunity.... and remember this was at a time when the height of Fantasy art was generally found painted on the sides of vans [ not that there's anything wrong with that! ]
