This is absolutely one of the best Vampirellas I have ever seem (and I've checked out a lot, I love Vampi!). Magnificent! I am envious of the individual who has this commission in their possession!

You know, for some reason I feel like Vampirella looks a little bit Asian in this drawing. At least that's what it seems to me considering how her eyes look here.
Anyway, this artwork is truly beautiful! 
The colors in the background go pretty well with Vampirella's skin tone and... by God she looks simply gorgeous!

Now, all we need is a Vampirella movie, as so much comic characters (Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Hell Boy, Iron Man, etc.) have been been done as such. But who would play Adam van Helsing, Pendragon, and Skar?

More important would be who would play Vampirella- I think alot of the spanish artists (Jose Gonzolez, Mayo and Ortiz)in the 70's based her face on Sophia Loren- but that's no longer a possiblity

Sophia Loren is too old now to play Vampirella. Probably a hot young sexy actress like Lea Michele from "Glee." A movie about her would have to unite her coming to Earth (via a space-time warp/rift) to aid the Van Helsings in a current conflict with Skar, perhaps after they help her. If I had the time, I could write such a long novella/book-length story.

Write it! I always thought the vampirella stories left alot to be desired, so a contemporary take on it would be cool- How about Natissia Malthe to play her?

I just looked through my Vampirella Warren magazine #1, and the story in it seemed original but very "cartoony." It also had a very original idea - blood drinking flying humanoids of an advanced civilization in a sort of civil war on a planet (Drakulon) that orbits in a binary star system in which one star is rendered unstable; she escapes via a lost Earth ship and comes here. Glad I have been an amateur astronomer for awhile to know those things, and know Vampi's history. Such a story would be a challenge to write, merging the Van Helsing's battle with evil supernatural entities here on Earth with her joining them after they find her. Could be done if I had the time. Natissa M. is an ideal candidate to play her too.
