Interesting painting. I originally thought it was made traditionally with gouasche until I saw the "digital" tag.

I like your pic! First, the colours concentrate on three tones and still manage to focus the viewer on the orcs. Second, there is much depth. Third, the posing is executed very well (I especially like the "confident-badass-bro"-pose of the male and the fact that it's the female who does the display of strength). Fourth, there's much detail (the scar, the bling-bling, and also the background). Fifth, the shading is great.

There are only a few minor things.
The female orc - she's strong, but so's her jaw. I think the chin is a little too broad; also, it looks kinda off because her right side seems so much broader than the left side. The nose is very strong for a female, too, but that could be due to her orcishness or simple bad luck. The last thing about her is her armpit-hair. I like the fact she has it, but I think it's too clumpy. The hair on the male orc's arms is much better executed. Lastly, the breasts seem slightly off perspective, but I can't put my finger onto it... sorry.
