Very nice picture, very crisp. Sadly , it is a Dirty Bird, but still great composition there.

Over here in NS, yes, they are, they are vermin here. I got sick from a nick from their claws.

That's because they have to stand in mud, their own poo, and random things to eat. If you licked your shoe or something, i bet you wouldn't be too healthy.

Yes, I know. This is retarded, over here in North America, these things are vermin, over there they must be like a religious icon or lay golden eggs. This is a futile conversation. A Pidgeon is a pest here and that is final.

I don't care if they're vermin. That's no reason to hate them. Rats are vermin here, and i love them. So? Big deal.
Maybe i like them, because i like animals. You obviously couldn't care less.
I'm an atheist, thanks.

I used to have two baby pigeons. I raised them from eggs on our back balcony. They came back every morning and evening before we moved away. I love pigeons. I see very few where I am now.
Great shot and congratulations on the DD

I've raise a pegion before,I like it......I used to put it at the roof when it was still young. When it's already an adult, it always come back at that roof when it's evening. It's like his home....or maybe it was like I teach it to "come back here when you're tired"

this is not photo for a DD. the exposure isn't the best, there is no impact or care about the composition. there's nothing new about this photo, i can't understand the choice.

it's for the stock photo category, they may deserve DDs on other grounds than "art photography".

Well, I hate pigeons, but I love this photo. Especially loving all the detail of the body feathers, on the torso and neck area. I will be ing this for use as a drawing reference, in case I ever need to draw any bird-anthros.
Congrats on your DD.

I don't know, actually. They just give me the wig. Ever since I was little.

"The wig" means they freaked me out. In the part of LA where I come from, there were these flocks of non-people-fearing pigeons all over the sidewalks.
