This is good art. It creates a freekishly wierd feeling. And since it does that... it real art. I think the fact that you see a face... with it being out of proportion and the expression that is non emotional. It feels like I see it with a expectation that I would be able to relate to the feeling expressed as one would expect seeing a picture of any face. But then there is none of the key features one looks for to understand a emotion. Very good.
