In the DCU for sure, I mean there's an actual Captain Nazi, and I don't mean a Captain America becoming Hydra by shitty writers, he even lead a team called the 4th Reich.

First off, this is an incredible rendition of the character and I love it. Second, I know this is a commission, but it's so cool to see a lesser-known hero get some recognition. I know he's on Arrow but still, he's so unknown, hell, I barely even know about him. Seeing this picture makes me want to (not only buy a commission from the incredible Paul Hanley) but see a sort of Justice League B-team made up of lesser known heroes like Ragman.
