I love how you drew them all! And adding the cutie marks was a nice touch. Oh, and the interactions in the background and Spike's expression made me laugh.
Though I have to wonder: why don't Twilight and Rarity have their unicorn horns? I mean, if Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash have their wings, wouldn't that entitle them to their unicorn horns? Just wondering but you don't have to answer-you get a lot of feedback. ^^

Well, about wings and horns...It's quite common to see girls with wings on different pictures(angels for example), but girls with horns look a bit...weird) So I thought to give them magic wands instead of horns to cast spells)
