This is very odd... I see a tramatic event that took a life, taken by the vastness of the great waters. No resentment is suffered though, for all will be calm soon. So will the spirit of the wayfarer will be for his journey is now at an end...
I don't know where that thought came from, but that's just the beauty of abstract art ^^ One person may see one picture, another might think a different portrayed message, but there is always even more to it than that...

Awesome. I keep expecting to see it start swirling off of my screen.
I see... A tornado building up from the ground, pulling everything, be it fire, landscape or something else entirely, up into it. It's a twister that's about this close to erupting into a firestorm due to the flames.
It's just, stunning.
And, I don't know why, but I think I see a teddy being cradled next to that upper splash of red. o.O

this is really cool. each individual aspect of it, (color, stroke, emotion,) is kind of masculine and harsh, yet overall, it is really kind of beautiful and elegant... that juxtaposition is awesome. i really love it. plus, imo, it doesn't look unfinished at all. i wouldn't touch it. i have a tendency to "fudge" things to death and i would be afraid to modify it now, especially cause its perfect as it is.

I caught this one on the daily dev. page. I love the colors and atmosphere just as the comment says. The Great Wave is one of my favorite pieces of all time, and this reminds me of that a bit, so that explains some of the attraction.

A very strong and lavish display of work that has indicated how you have a masterful and perfected talent within the traditional realm of artwork.
The excellent palette of colour you applied within the foreground and background is excellent for you have used a majestic collection of hue to portray the appearance of storming waves. This combination of dark blues and addition of reds really works amazingly and shows your understanding in colour.
You have clearly demonstrate a talent that is rising to a professional level and a gift you have for traditional work.
