Varadero Beach, Cuba. Taken just before sunset. The waves were rough my last 2 days there.Feb 24, 2010 a DD!

When I first saw this, I thought the sail was the moon! It intrigued me to see a moon that looked like that. Now I can see what it really is, and the photo still dazzles me. It makes me think of determination, man vs. nature...

Great photo! Wow brings back a lot of memories for me to. I went to Maui a couple of years ago and really wanted to do this kite surfing! Never got a chance but I would watch those guys get up every morning and sail away. Sometimes the wind was so strong it would lift them up out of the water! Amazing photo and almost has a paint quality to it. I love the clouds and you can feel the energy in this photo. Again great work at capturing an awesome sport!
