Ottawa River, the water was higher than usual, normally you can walk to the rocks where the tree is.  Instead that area was flooded leaving the opportunity for reflection.  Not as bad as in Winnipeg though I imagine, "springtime melts the snow, rivers overflow"  - Prairie Town by Randy Bachman.
