Another slight costume re-tweak of one of my favorite members of the Legion Of Super Heroes; Brainiac-5/Querl Dox. Riffing off of Chris Sprouse's costume designs, again, some of my all time favorite versions.

The bared arms can symbolically indicate he's "rolled up his sleeves" and is ready to work. Perfect for his personality.
