I love your veiw on her. Such a neat style to see her in. I very much miss Cassandra in the comics and I kinda hate how Stephanie took over the name Batgirl. I want Cass to come back *shakes fist*

Steph's OK, but Cass had so much potential for being interesting and able to grow as a character. Plus, we need more diversity in our super-heroes. The Bat Family is pretty white bread right now.

I totally agree! I'm a bit peeved that they let the only non-white member of the Bat-family be written out. I think it was a bit inconsiderate, especially since Cassandra holds so much more as Batgirl than Steph (considering Stephanie seems to be going through some serious issues that contradict her character all the time). Having Cass in Batman's crew was a very good idea until they took her out and gave it to Steph.

Stephanie just always seemed a bit white bread (not skin color, personality-wise) and while she had problems, they were just always...meh. Cass had some serious things to overcome to win over the audience, and I found them to be much more interesting to see play out. I hope they figure out some way to get Cass back on track.

True, Steph seems to have a character that has problems readers don't want to read about all the time. It seems like there is enough of it already within the comic-world.
Cass had amazing potential. People want to read about the dramtic twists and turns of her character.
BTW, keep up your good work. It's great and adds a lot of life to comics.

I know all about Barabra being crippled by Joker, but who is Cassandra? How did she become the new Batgirl? I've just recently gotten back into the Batman comics so I'm a little behind on things. Where did she first appear? I need to know more about whats going on.
Great pic. I love the detail and the look on Cassandra's face. She looks very determined and like a woman with a goal. Epic drawing. Keep up the good work.

You should download the inks and take a swipe at coloring it yourself. That's why I put the inks up!
