Hulk has become more powerful than ever, but Superman is almost back to his pre-Crisis levels (thank you Final Crisis). Superman is back to being a legitimate planet-splitter (something he wasn't when Byrne de-powered Supes in the '80s), can fly and move at lightspeed on his own (landing 50 punches to Hulk's one), has gained solar regeneration (sunlight heals his wounds and constantly re-powers him).
Superman simply has too many powers not to win. It'd be a good fight, tho.

Hulk would win. At first Superman may have the advantage, for about ten minutes, then SMASH!!! He comes a really pissed off Hulk!! Hulk for the win!!!

That's what makes the battle between both so awesome. Supe did that and Hulk recently saved a planet by going to the center of it and fixing it himself with his bare hands.
They both have completly dumb yet awesome achievements.

Hulk would win, I heard that a couple of artists/writers said that he's so strong that superman wouldn't stand a chance.

I believe that Supe can be stronger and faster at the begining of the battle but soon he will get tired while Hulk actually gets stronger and he is not affected by fatigue. Supe will always eventually lose his upper hand and eventually submit or simply fly away.

I think the best Superman should lift is at least 80-90 tons.
