She was featured in a meme-type picture with the Mane 6 and I wondered what her name was, and now I know!
She's likes a predecessor to Juniper Montage, although I'm sure her personality is different from Juniper's. I apologize, her Cutie Mark reminds me of the ponytail holders in Juniper Montage's hair.
