This was a little hard cuz I have never vectorized those type of eyes on Illustrator, I do my best so the shine of the part green of the eyes could have an appearance, unfortunately it didn't happend, need to practice.
Taked around 2 hours.

Updated 25//04//2013: Fix the ears end points, the forelock stroke that was overlapsing the ear stroke, the upper eyelashes and the mouth stroke.

Beautiful! Watched the video, probably in Adobe Illustrator vectors are easier to make than in Inkscape. How much you practiced there until such results?

I'm so sorry for the late reply. Well, in my case, it took me a while to learn how to do vectors on Adobe Illustrator. I'd think that 2 or 3 months.
If you wanna learn illustrator, I recommend you to watch *Kired25 tutorials on You Tube, they're very helpful.
