Everything is flat colored and pretty straight forward so color picking should be relatively easy. The only eyeballing you gotta do when it comes to coloring is the soft flush of pink in her inner ears. The blush and lip shine was just an added touch to pretty it up, but feel free to include that in her color scheme.

I imagine she likes to wear comfortable, baggy clothing or cute dresses for the most part. She's not too fond of showing off her body or wearing fitting clothing but is open to it.
Personality wise, she's soft spoken and independent. She's all for socializing but prefers to stay indoors to sleep and eat all day. Nothing too significant about her.
