really? i found that same effect with a ahhh i think it was called film dust or photo effect or something like that either way don't mean crap . . .it still was used awesome

i have never really tried using texture overlays is it hard or is it more a matter of using/finding the right texture for the right mood or theme you are trying to do with that particular image

it has more randomness... not like noise effect
