EVen if Petra had her muscles trained every day,when doing some tasks and activities,that doesnt mean she wont do anything else!She was really active and we went in Fitness every week.Mostly training and keeping fit her back and abdominal muslces.Of course also her leg-even pulling some weight or something
Simply Fantastic! ps. I wasnt her coach,i only watched over her she was really good,and strong,she was able to hold this pose for about 5 minutes at onceHope you like it.

Hehehehehehe yup, my lovely wife likes to exercise as well and can do all of these strange contortions. They she wants me to try them and my body simply does not bend that way LOL.
