Lol so late with critiqueing.
Okay so here is what I think would should be changed to be more anatomically correct.
The bended ear is a bit off. Look at the other ear. The base doesn't match up. You see the inner line at the upright ear? Your inner line goes to the outside line. So instead you could make the outer line come up and make the bend. Yeah, if thats confusing, I might be able tos how you what I mean.
Okay moving on to the head. The fluff on the outside is nice, however, it doesn't make a head shape and looks a bit round. Try to make it thin a little towards the neck. You could also add some lines to add some effect to show where the muzzle is.
This canine doesn't really seem to have much of a neck. :U If you moved the head up, and added a neck, it would look much more proportionate.
As for the front legs, assuming we had more of a neck here, would look very very nice. I like how you added the detail of the bone. You can also see the wrist joint. There is one problem though, just before the wrist joint there is a bit too big of a bend outwards. It doesn't match the rest of the leg. Moving on, at the very top of the leg, when it rounds in is nice. Except for the small leg part on it where it curve out. It should be connected at move of an angle, so it doesn't look like a weird cut.
The back legs in this type of pose is actually very hard, so thats why some artists draw it at a bit of an angle. The paws on the back legs are overlapped so thats a bit awkward.
Look at this picture, the middle dog, to be more precise: [link] The back paws do not reach the front paws, and they scrunch a lot of their back leg up. It would probably also be best to have the legs come out at an angle instead of straight.
So yeah. Keep on working on it.

This was actually going to be a chibi but then I didnt want to so then I wanted realistic ( I kept the chibi head) but then I messed it up, now it has an awesome body but now the head is creepy O_O
