When I look at this...
I see how simple everything is... the lines are the key!
The farther the object, the skinnier the lines...
The closer the object, the thicker the lines...
Color is just icing on the cake...
I seriously got to get a tablet... It's difficult produce line depth like this with just a pencil...
Plus it will save on paper...
But why the stop my friend? It looks like you were on a roll with this...
Such an expression and wonderful linework like this can't stay unfinished!

Well from all the comments here, you've done a great job...
and I hate to see this not finished...It's too good... like a nearly completed puzzle missing a piece...
But it's titled with "Work in Progress" so i'll keep my hopes up...
BUT...
If you don't mind, and If you're definitely NOT going to color this...at all... would you let me give it a shot at color?
I've been heavily praticing cell shading for later pics...
I want to try something new in terms of color...
If not, then I'll still enjoy this pic for how it looks...
