Simple. Use the TX formula made in Vellicatrices Unlimited. It can turn anyone who isn't ticklish, extremely ticklish. And make those ticklish, even more.

As a fan of loopholes I would just like to point out:
1) I support 's question in the comments section of this pic.
2) Just because someone isn't ticklish on the feet, it doesn't mean they're not ticklish on other parts of the body.
3) Since I would REALLY like to see Chandra get some kind of payback I hope at least one of the two statements above is an exploitable loophole.
